Mold making is the next step after tooling design, and is the most important step throughout the manufacturing process. With the help of high technology, we have researched and developed molds of the most professional standard. This is complemented by machines and facilities imported from Japan and Germany, such as the CNC EDM Agie and CMM Zeiss, and by digital manipulation of every manufacturing process. All have been accredited under both ISO9001-2000 and ISO-14001.
 

MOLD TEAM BACKGROUND
 

We have about 40 employees within the department to ensure every process fully staffed to produce perfect molds. We have the capacity to produce up to 40-50 sets of molds each month.
 

ONE STOP SERVICE
 

In order to achieve accurate measurements of each product, we have a testing team and industrial-grade Zeiss 3D CMM machines to control the quality of molds. The mold making management team supervises production processes to ensure implementation of company standards. SUNRIVER will get everything ready before submitting samples to clients.
